> We have the pleasure of hosting the interview with Silvia Cocco, real estate consultant of the ABC IMMOBILIARE agency present for several years in Sardinia in the splendid Ogliastra area.
> Mrs. Cocco, you work in Sardinia in Tortolì in the Ogliastra area with your ABC IMMOBILIARE Agency, can you tell us how the idea of starting to work in this sector was born?
First of all, I would like to start this interview by thanking you for the opportunity to include us in your precious Inews, always sold like hotcakes at our agency. I started this job several years ago, first as a coordinator and then becoming a real estate agent. I immediately understood that this job would give me various satisfactions, both professional and personal. All these years of activity have led me to meet several clients with different needs and I find it gratifying to have made them happy in completing the negotiations, and therefore realizing their real estate requests. Over the years I have expanded the young and dynamic staff, our real strength. With Marco, Fabrizio, Giorgia and Alessio we have created a beautiful, close-knit and winning team that accompanies customers from the exclusive mandate up to the signing of the notarial deed. Our goal has been and will always be transparency and seriousness in negotiations, I believe that over the years the result has rewarded us.
> For several years your agency has been a member of the LIMMOBILIARE.COM Network; How did you find out about this opportunity?
I got to know the brand through colleagues, I personally had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Grimaldi, and I immediately understood that within the group we could have an edge, and so it was. I believe that sharing questions, possible problems, or tax/legislative updates with other colleagues has been a great professional opportunity.
> The area where it operates is predominantly tourist. How has the real estate market in this area changed in the last two years?
Ours is both a tourist and residential real estate market. We cover all of Ogliastra, so we have several beaches, mountains and breathtaking places that attract the tourist market so much, but we also have many local inhabitants who require homes to reside in all year round. The real estate market in the last two years has had an incredibly unexpected increase, due to the pandemic, real estate units with gardens near the sea have been by far the most sought after, while thanks also to the various bonuses on renovations the town center is having an important restyling unimaginable until a few years ago. Finally, for new buildings the independent type is the most requested, choosing and customizing the property at affordable prices can still have advantages appreciated by customers.
> What services are offered to the Agencies of this Network that you appreciate the most?
Certainly the professional training and the synergy between colleagues have had very positive aspects, while for the technological part the management software that allows us to have a rich customer portfolio and keep them always updated has become indispensable!!!
Tortolì is a town of 13,000 inhabitants, capital of the new province of Ogliastra. It is located in a vast plain that extends towards the sea and which, enriched by the hamlet of Arbatax, represents one of the most renowned centers on the Eastern Coast.
